Field Sales Executive / Account Manager
Pyramid Valley Computers are an innovative provider of Managed IT support services to the Education Sector, and we are looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic field sales executive to complement our team.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience selling IT services to educational establishments, however candidates with broader IT sales experience will be considered.
Candidates should have a broad exposure to selling IT solutions and services, and should have a deep appreciation of the benefits of utilising a wide range of Microsoft server system products. Additionally an understanding of educational software and virtual learning environments would be beneficial.
Candidates will also have a strong track record of managing customer accounts and building successful relationships with clients.

Apple Field Service Engineer
Following the continued success the ICT support services we offer to schools, we are looking to complement our existing highly skilled IT maintenance team with an Apple Field Service Engineer.
The ideal candidate will have had 18+ months experience in a similar role, and looking to develop their career in the field of schools ICT support. Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) status is preferred, but suitable candidate looking to formalise their existing apple skill may be considered.
The role is 50/50 field/lab based, and individuals should be self motivated and able to work with minimum of supervision.
A benefits package commensurate with experience will be offered. A company car scheme is offered for more senior staff.
Both positions require that candidates should have a clean, full driving license. Additionally, as Pyramid Valley provide services to schools and colleges, all candidates will need to complete a CRB check before appointment.
